Once you check in to a business , you get to know your approximate wait time and also your position in the Queue. You can check your status any time by opening the app, clicking on the check in icon at the bottom of your screen and then clicking on the business you have checked in.
If you keep your app open, and you are not at the business details screen, you will get a notification on the screen when you are at 10th position, 5th position, 2nd position and 1st position in the queue. When it's your turn, you will again get a notification on your screen specifying the kiosk you need to go to.
Even if you close the app, no worries. Keeping in mind that you might be busy with some other work, we will send you notifications when you are at 10th position, 5th position, 2nd position and 1st position in the queue. This will help you to know your status and head towards the business accordingly. When it's your turn to be attended, you will again get a notification, also specifying the kiosk you need to go to.
